Mrs. Rosa Maria Salcido Hobson, 75, transitioned on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in New Albany. She was born January 27, 1945 to the late Rafael Salcido and Alejandra Salcido Acosta.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son; Jimmie E. Hobson, III (Tajuana), six daughters; Rosa Y Hobson (Luis), Ada White (Kevin Dale), Bertha Elliott (Chris), Selina Hobson (Corey), Gloria Hobson, and Rochelle Dilworth (Shun), grandchildren; Brenda Hobson, Onasis White (Tamara), Tyreese White (Mallory), Marquita Young, Christopher Elliott, Jayden Elliott, Tatyana Hobson, Brooklyn Hobson, Tanginica King, CJ King (Lyniece), Aviana King (Quann), Denoshea Johnson, Mario Hobson, Victoria Hobson, Jimmie Hobson, Illl, and Andrea Williams, twenty-one great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband; SGT: Jimmie E. Hobson, Jr., son; Luis E. Hobson, granddaughter; Rosie Hobson.
