Reflections of the Life:
"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." (REVELATION: 21:4)
Our beloved dad, brother, granddad,uncle, cousin and friend Terry Wayne Hurd left this earthly life on August 5, 2020 to return to the open arms of his Creator at his home. He has no more worriers and no more pain of the earthly world Terry has received everlasting life.
Terry was the son born to the union of his parents, Edward Hurd and Corine Moore Hurd in Pontotoc, Mississippi on May 14,1964.
Terry attended Saltillo High School where he played on the football team. He loved working with his hands as a carpenter and plumbing. He could fix just about anything, and he loved his family and friends whom he enjoyed spending quality time.
Terry Hurd leaves behind to cherish his memories forever his only child, Heather Shannon, one grandchild, Jakari Shannon both of Tupelo, Mississippi, a very special and devoted friend and life partner, Hazel Depriest of Belden, MS ,his siblings two sisters, Mae Cobbs of Verona, Mississippi, Annie (Joe) Moore of Tupelo, Mississippi, two aunts, Laura Cunningham of Belden, MS, Lena Mae Hoover of Wisconsin and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
