James H. Spencer was born November 12, 1935 in Prentiss county unto the late Tom Spencer and Zattie Spencer. He departed this life Sunday, August 16, 2020 at the Ms Care Nursing Facility in Corinth, MS
He is survivors include three brothers; Billy Spencer, Bobby Spencer and Roosevelt Spencer.
