Barbara Ann Hendrix, 70, passed away Friday, September 11, 2020, at her home in Jacinto, MS. She was born March 21, 1950 to Junior Davis and Bonnie Ritter. She enjoyed gardening, and loved looking after her family. After she and her husband retired, they would spend many weeks and weekends camping at Pickwick Lake. Barbara worked several years in the cafeteria at Booneville High School, and loved the students. She would support the students anyway she could.

A Celebration of Life will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, September 12, 2020, at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Frankie Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Jacinto Cemetery. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and mask are required.

She is survived by her husband, Donnie Hendrix; one son, Kerry Hendrix; one daughter, Lynn Hendrix (Stephanie); two sisters, Alice Edwards (Richard), and Peggy Sue Parvin; one grandson, Nick Hendrix; a lifelong friend, Martha Bray; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Danny Davis; and one sister, Debra Schmidt.

Pallbearers will be Rony Moore, Tony Moore, Johnnie Page, Mike Reinhart, Randy Rorie, and John Wells.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
