Anna Louise Roberts Breitkreutz was born on August 6, 1935, in Monroe County and passed away on September 20, 2020, in Clay County. She grew up with her family, including 3 siblings, who enjoyed spending time together throughout their entire lives. Her family moved to Clay County when Louise was young, and she graduated from West Point High School in 1953. She married Bill Breitkreutz in 1956, and they had three children.

Louise loved her family and her faith. She spent countless hours reading her Bible, and she believed in the importance of sharing her faith with her family, as well as around the world. Louise spent countless hours crocheting angel Christmas ornaments to sell to raise money for the Lottie Moon Christmas offering to support international missionaries. She loved singing and listening to songs about Jesus.

Louise’s entire family would describe her as loving, honest, and direct. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. While her presence will be missed, we rejoice that she is now healthy and reunited with her family who went before her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Buford and Jeanette Roberts, her husband, Bill Breitkreutz, Sr, and her siblings, Horace Roberts, Gene Roberts, and Doris Decker.

She is survived by her three children, Kay (Don) Lawler, Bill Breitkreutz, Jr., Susie (Ted) Triplett, 5 grandchildren, Marty (Tiffany) Triplett, Kim (Dev) Meruvu, Alex (Kristi) Triplett, Bubba (Elyse) Lawler, and Luke (Megan) Triplett, 8 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, as well as a large extended family.

Louise’s family would like to express their gratitude to Annales Tabb and Elyse Lawler, who sat with Louise and cared for her in her final months. The family held a private graveside service for Louise on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial to Calvary Baptist Church in West Point, MS.
