Dot Coggins

Baldwyn – Dorothy “Dot” Coggins passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at the The

Traceway Greenhouse in Tupelo. She enjoyed quilting, flowers and gardening. She had worked in a factory, restaurant and the Baldwyn Police Department. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be at Waters Funeral Home on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. with Bro. Robert McCoy officiating. Burial will be in Prentiss Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her daughters, Donna McCullough, Lisa Cates (Cliff), JoAnn McCollum (Danny); sons, Rex Coggins (Diannah) and Mike Coggins (Lisa); (17) grandchildren; (25) great-grandchildren; host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Massie Lewey McKinney; husband, Henry Coggins; brothers, Dalton Cooledge McKinney and Charles McKinney; sister, Christene Gossett, Estell Willis, Irma Saint and Nettie Middelton; sons, William Harold Coggins, John G. Coggins and Ronnie W. Coggins.

Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home Friday evening from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
