Willie Floyd Lucas Jr.

Willie Floyd Lucas Jr. was born June 15, 1951 in Lee
County unto Zannie Elkins Lucas and the late Willie
Floyd Lucas Sr. He departed this life Tuesday,
September 21, 2020 at the North MS Medical Center in
Tupelo, MS.
He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and
joined Mt. Zion Community Church. He served as a
deacon and a member of the usher board. He graduated
from Lee-Prentiss High School in Baldwyn, MS.
He was united in Holy matrimony to Patricia Shumpert
Lucas and unto this union two sons were born. Junior
was very much loved by his family and friends. He
worked on many jobs such as: Penn. Tires Mfg. Cooper
Tire, Bi-O- Clinic and Food Giants.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Patricia
Lucas of Baldwyn, MS; his mother, Zannie Elkins of
Baldwyn, MS; two sons, Calvin Wayne (Misty) Lucas of
New Albany, MS and Cletus Lucas of Baldwyn, MS; two
brothers, Jimmy (Ella) Lucas and Pat Lucas; two sisters,
Diane Lucas and Willie Jean (Will) Warren; aunt, Jessie
Nevels.
