Billy Ray Fair, 79, died Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at his residence in Horn Lake. He was born August 14, 1941, in Union County, the son of Roy and Drucilla Aston Fair. Mr. Fair was a truck driver and a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Coldwater.
He is survived by two daughters, Karen Franklin and Sharon Reynolds, both of Clarksdale.
