Vardaman- Mrs. Anna Grace Vance McClain, 81, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at her home in Vardaman, Mississippi. She was born in Mississippi on January 25, 1939 to Frank Burket Vance and Mary Elizabeth Walls Vance. She was a devoted and loving Christian wife and mother. She was a member of Thorn Church of God and worked as a seamstress. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.
Graveside Services will be held at Ellzey Cemetery on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Anthony Dean officiating.
Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. McClain is survived by her daughters, Rena (Danny) Smith of Starkville, and Jeana (Marty) Chandler of Vardaman; her sons, Jerry and his Fiancé Angie McClain of Vardaman, Ricky (Debbie) McClain of Bruce, and Robert McClain of Vardaman; and her grandchildren, Lori (Alan) Hearon, Anna Smith, Lisa Smith, Cody McClain, Andy Chandler, and Allie Grant.
Mrs. McClain is preceded in death by her parents, her late husband Charles Franklin McClain, one son, Danny McClain, and her 8 siblings.
