Union-Jeremy Dean Chism, 37, died Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at his residence. His passions were playing his guitars, working out, and listening to music, mostly gospel. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He leaves behind his two sons, Blake and Bryson; his parents, Dean and Mary Nell Chism; and a sister, Marla Chism.
He was a member of Locust Grove Baptist Church.
Service will be Friday, November, 27, 2020 at 11:00a.m. at Locust Grove Baptist Church.
