BRUCE – Penny Sue Neblett, 53, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Calhoun Health Services Nursing Home in Calhoun City, MS. She was a very outgoing, lovable woman who loved her kids and God. To know her was to love her. She loved listening to cartoons, drinking Dr. Pepper, coloring, playing bingo, and spending time with her grandkids.
She is survived by her daughter, Carley Franklin of Pontotoc; her son, Joey Neblett of Bruce; and her two granddaughters, Roni and Kasidy Franklin, of Pontotoc.
She was preceded in by death her father, Elmer Weeks and her mother, Irene Weeks.
The family is going to have a private memorial service.
