Kathleen Tucker

Norma Kathleen Kendrick Tucker, 75, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was born on September 18, 1945 to Bondy Lee Kendrick and Lois Letha Honeycutt Kendrick. Kathleen retired from ITT Manufacturing. She enjoyed fishing, knitting, and sewing with the Magnolia Crafters.
She is survived by her brothers, Lee Kendrick (Eloise), Darrell Kendrick, all of Booneville, and Joe Kendrick from Arizona; sisters, Becky Kendrick and Gail Eaton (John Wayne), both of Booneville; nephews and nieces, Cathy Sumler, Carron Vanderford, Natache Tolar, Koley Floyd, Macey Floyd, Makaylee Owens, Brandon Sumler, Malcom Rorie and Justin Sumler; a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Tucker; parents; brothers, Jack, Preston, David, George, and Randall Kendrick; sisters, Jane Cox and Othella Floyd; and a special friend, Curtis Roy.
Visitation for Mrs. Tucker will be Sunday, December 27, 2020, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Booneville Funeral Home. A private funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM with Bro. Mike Floyd officiating. Burial will be in Jacinto Church of Christ Cemetery. Booneville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Kathleen’s nephews, Billy Floyd, Steve Floyd, Koley Floyd, Steve Sumler, Kenny Wayne Eaton, and Brandon Sumler.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo and the American Cancer Society.
