Graveside service: 12 p.m. – Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Callaham M.B. Church in Woodland, MS.
Visitation: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Belle Memorial of Bruce, MS.
Rashad is survived by his wife, Shenetha Thomas, one son, Jaalen Thomas, two sisters, Jasmine Thomas and Acuria Baker, his father, Jimmy Westmoreland, one brother, Brandon Westmoreland, and three sisters, Monica Thomas, Treva Wofford, and Nicole Hamilton
