Celebration of Life with Military Honors for Gary Lee Walker, 64, will be held Tuesday at 12:00 noon at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Corinth National Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Bro. Josh Hodum will officiate the services. Masks and social distancing guide lines will be in place.

Gary died on January 30, 2021 at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, TN. He was born on March 13, 1956. He was a veteran whom served in Dessert Storm and retired from the National Guard. He was an officer for the Alcorn Country Sherriff's Department for 25 years. He was proud to and enjoyed serving his nation and community. Gary was a joy to be around, loved and respected by many. He loved God and his family.

He is survived by his wife, Courtney Parker Walker, step-daughters, Gracie Nicole and Cary Aleece; daughter, Dana Singleton (David); grandsons, Logan Smith and Dominick Singleton; brothers, Ronnie Walker, Wayne Walker, Terry Walker; sister, Jonnie Edwards; niece, Audra Max (Moody); and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Anna Jo Wiseman and a brother Clint Walker.

Pallbearers will be Terry Walker, Moody Max, Shane Parker, Billy Russell, Will Mansel and Scott Dalton. Honorary pallbearers are Ronnie Walker, Terry Walker, Wayne Walker, and Audra Max.
