Joan Elizabeth Hateley, 74, went to be with her Lord on Satuday February 13, 2021. She was born on December 10, 1945 in Laurel, MS. Joan lived most of her life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, but resided in Stantonville, TN at the time of her passing.
She is survived by her husband Larry Hateley, daughter, Britany White (James) of Tupelo, MS; grandchildren Paige and Micah White; mother, Margaret Bullock of Escatawpa, MS; sister, Donna Jones of Escatawpa, MS; brothers, Bruce Bullock (Vanessa) of Hurley, MS and Pastor John Bullock (Pam) of Vidor, TX and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Celebration of life services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday February 27 at Gospel Tabernacle Church in Corinth with the Rev. Josh Hodum officiating. Interment will follow at Stantonville Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10:30 until service time.
The family would like to thank her nurse Cassie and the staff of Legacy Hospice of Selmer for the excellent care they gave to their loved one.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, MS.
Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
