He is survived by his wife, Jane Perrigo; a son, John Paul Perrigo; his parents, Frog and Carolyn Perrigo; a brother, Jeff Perrigo; sister-in-law, Julie (George) Waddell; and nephews and niece, Clay, Allen, Luke, Ken and Lara Lynn.
