Dorothy Wages Jones (82) passed away Friday, February 26, 2021 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing, her dog and her cats, traveling, going to church and listening to gospel music.

Services are 2 pm Sunday, February 28, 2021 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Chad Higgins and Bro. Mike Brazil officiating. Visitation will be 12-2 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Camp Creek Cemetery.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Mickey Wages, Deborah Banik (Robert), Judy Hughes (Steve), Kathy Harrison (Rex) and Tanala Ingram; her step-children, T.J. Jones (Amber) and Tammy McDaniel; her grandchildren, Michael Wages (Marci), Dawn Childers, Robert Banik (Kelly), Jamie Jennings (Jason), Nichole McCoy (Steven), Bobbie Jean Pierson (Joey), Brittany Ingram (Michael), Lane Smith, Tanner Russell (Lexy), Leigh Hill (Tracy), Brooke Wages, Katelyn Wages, Justin Wages and Shada Newman (Brian); her great-grandchildren, Alyssa Yancy, Torye Jasch, Jackson Wages, Isiah Banik, Laken Hughes (Billy), Tori McKenny, Benjamin McKenny, Connor Selvidge, Elizabeth Selvidge, Memphis McCoy, Abbie Pierson, D.J. Pierson, Madison Dykes, C.J. Dykes, Brianne Dykes, Eden White, Gage Jones, Caroline Jones, Candace Jones, Presley Russell, Tucker Hill, Carie Hill, Ansleigh Hill, Charley Kate, Cooper and Caroline; her great great-grandchildren, Kenzlie Jackson, Rylan James Yancy and Aliyah Wade and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Zack and Ethel Hutcheson; her husbands, Rev. James C. Wages and Tommy Jones; her brothers, Grady, Buddy and Curtis Hutcheson; her sisters, Lucille Smith and Ruth Martin; her grandson, Doug Palmer; her granddaughter, Kimberly Banik and her great-granddaughter, Heather Mae Ingram.

Pallbearers are; Billy Brazil, Jason Jennings, Rex Harrison, Mike Harbison and Robert Banik.

Honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of Camp Creek Baptist Church.
