Mr. James Glenn Vaughn, 77, died Monday, March 8, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital North MS. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at Vaughn Cemetery (formerly Owens Cemetery) in Abbeville, MS with Rev. Daryl Weathers officiating.

Mr. Vaughn was born in Oxford, MS and was a graduate of University High School. Following graduation, he served in the Mississippi Army National Guard. He was an enthusiastic horseman and was an avid collector of odds and ends. Mr. Vaughn was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Arthur Alexander “Buddy” Vaughn.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Gladys Vaughn of Abbeville; a daughter, Kelly Reyes and her husband, Pat of Abbeville; a sister, Ginger Kesler of Abbeville; brother and sister in laws, Frank and Jeanette Vaughn of Abbeville and Jerol and Brenda Vaughn of Grenada, MS and two grandchildren, Sierra and Jake.
