Celebration of life service for Jane Hearn Mackey, 82, are set for 5:00 pm Friday at Memorial Funeral Home with Mike Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Magnolia Gardens.
Jane earned an associate’s degree from Northeast Community College. She was a bookkeeper/accountant. She enjoyed church, church music, reading her Bible, playing the piano, cooking and her spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sons, Brian Mackey (Pamela) and Brent Mackey (Melony); sister, Carolyn Basden; grandchildren, Dylan Mackey, Dakotah Mackey (Billy Hubbard), Dana Mackey, Devin Mackey, Darby Mackey (Brady Patrick), Beverly Mackey, Amber Mackey, Shawn Mackey, Mackenzie Mackey, and Eric Potts (Noel Potts); and great-grandchildren, Keegan Lambert and Ein Lambert.
Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Mackey; parents, Leland and Oner Hearn; and daughter, Cheryl Mackey Potts.
Pallbearers will be Dylan Mackey, Devin Mackey, Billy Hubbard, Shawn Mackey, Eric Potts and Brady Patrick.
