David Earl Kuykendall, 54, passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born on August 22, 1966 in Amory to Wayne Kuykendall and Kathleen Mitchell. He attended school in Hatley and later became disabled.

Services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home in Amory.

Survivors include his father, Wayne Kuykendall of West Point; his mother, Kathleen Mitchell; one son, David Earl Kuykendall, II; several aunts and uncles; and a host of friends.

Visitation will be on Friday from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
