Mrs. Shirley Billingsley Oesterling Davis, 83, died Thursday, April 22, 2021, at The Blake in Oxford, MS. The funeral service will be Monday, April 26, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Allen officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. in the atrium at the church. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Davis was born on July 24, 1937, in Lafayette County, MS and was the widow of Mr. Wilbur Marvin Davis and Mr. Robert David Oesterling. She was a longtime and active member of First Baptist Church, a member of the Pilot Club and a former Pink Lady at the hospital. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Gerald, David, Larry, Kenneth and Melvin Billingsley and two sisters, Ollie Roach and Mazie Brown.

She is survived by her son, David Gary Oesterling of Memphis, TN; a step-son, Brian Davis of Oxford, MS, a brother, B.B. Billingsleyand his wife, Carolyn and a sister, Elizabeth Tomlin and her husband, Len of Como, MS.
