Treva J. Lewellen (84) passed away Friday, April 30, 2021 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was a member of Chapman Church of Christ. She enjoyed going to church, gardening, sewing and spending time with her family.
Services are 11 am Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Criswell Cemetery with Minister James Pilgrim officiating. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
Treva is survived by her husband of 68 years, Charles D. Lewellen of Ripley; her daughters, Barbara Lewellen and Becky Lewellen of Ripley; her brother, Jodi Criswell of Ripley; her sisters, Inona Mauney of Sommerville, TN, Brenda Brown of Kilgore, TX and Wanda Orman (Eddie) of Ripley and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton Levi and Rosa Lee Bartlett Criswell.
Dear Lewellen family, I’m sorry for your loss and you have my deepest condolences. The loss of a loved one brings great pain and sorrow but you can gain comfort from Gods word the Bible. Acts 24:15 says “There is going to be a resurrection” so you can see your dear loved one again. A promise from our loving Heavenly Father. I hope this was a source of encouragement for the family.
