SALTILLO – Tina Dianne Hutcherson Wilburn, 64, departed this life on Thursday, May 20, 2021 after a long battle with colorectal cancer.  Tina, a lovely soul and unique personality blessed with the gifts of playing multiple musical instruments and encouraging so many people over her all too brief life, was born on May 30, 1956 to Alton Dennis Hutcherson and Sarah Virginia Harmon Phillips.  She graduated from Mooreville High School in 1974 and attended the University of Mississippi receiving a Bachelor’s Degree. A free spirit and independent woman, Tina cut a wide path of entrepreneurship and promotion of the arts and music.  She was co owner of Country Road Furniture and the President and founder of “The Cowgirl Gourmet.”  Tina was President of the non-profit organization “Three Tears Ministries.”  A musician of extraordinary talents, Tina was the founder of The Eggville Bluegrass Festival. The instruments she enjoyed performing with included banjo, guitar, big bass, violin, mandolin, keyboard, among others. There was nothing that satisfied Tina more than a good “jam” session with family and friends. She was a prolific songwriter and singer. Tina specialized in sales and marketing, merchandizing, designing and was a whiz on the chemistry of cooking.  She was a 5-year winner of the “Wilburn Girl’s Christmas Cook-off.”  A quiet spiritual force, Tina left a legacy of living large, loving much and laughing often.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Saltillo.
