Celebration of Life Service for Christopher “Chris” Michael White, 40, are set for 2:00 pm Friday at Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Doyle officiating. Family will receive friends Friday from 12:00pm to service time. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Chris died July 19, 2021 at his residence. He was born December 19, 1980 in Selmer, TN to William “Mickey” and Suzie Butler White. He was a 2000 graduate of McNairy Central High School. Chris enjoyed fishing, movies, listening to music, playing video games, riding around and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by father, Mickey White; maternal grandparents, Curtis and Edna Butler; maternal grandparents, Willie Mack and Ada White; and uncle, Tony Butler.
He is survived by his mother, Suzie White; sister, Brandy Hood (Steven); nieces, Mari Grace Hood, Stella Kate Hood and Ada Lynn Hood; uncles, Ricky Butler, Travis Butler, Jackie Butler (Dorita), Donnie Butler (Vickie), and Stan White (Melissa); and a host of other family and friends.
