A Celebration of Life service for Billie Jean Gephart, 89, is 2 pm Sunday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with burial at Magnolia Gardens. Visitation is Saturday from 2 to 5 pm. Father Josh Shipman will officiate the services.
Mrs. Gephart died November 10, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Corinth, MS on November 10, 1932 to the late James Allen and Molly Gay Marlar Reynolds.
During her life, she was very active in the theater where she thrived at singing and acting. She loved to walk, sew and show her creative side through her decorating. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church where she was active in the choir.
Survivors include her husband, Clifford Gephart; son, Tommy Cole (Isabella); daughters, Amy Sisson, Tracy Pudder (Allen), Yvonne Gherlich (John), Teresa Flippen (Mark), Karen Woody (Wesley), Christine Creal (Ray) and Amy Hussey (Mike); nieces, Brenda Owens and Karen Earwood (Ray); nephews, Steve Reynolds (Gloria), Phil Reynolds (Monte); and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her late husband, Thomas "Papa Honey" Williams; brothers, Floyd Reynolds, William Charles "Dub" Reynolds and Christie Green Reynolds; and sisters, Opal Lancaster and Ottie Brock.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Billie Gephart to the Magnolia Hospice Company 1001 S. Harper Rd. Entrance B, Corinth, MS 38834.
