Funeral service for Beulah Butler Barnes, 71, is set for 2:00 pm Monday at Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Warren Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm and Monday 12:00 to service time.

Beulah died November 23, 2021 at Region One Health in Memphis, TN. She was born July 18, 1950 to the late Walter and Rosie Butler. She was of the Baptist faith, having taught Sunday school for over 34 years. She worked at ITT for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Barnes; parents; and brother, Walter Butler.

She is survived by her son, William “Will” C. Barnes Jr. (Evelyn); brothers, Milton Butler and Rufus Butler (Susan); sisters, Dorothy Bray and Virginia Butler; grandchildren, Matthew Jackson (Mariah) and Chelsea Jackson; great grandchildren, Emma Kate Graham and Baylor Graham; and a host of other family and friends.
