Mrs. Brooks Collins Marr, at age 92, departed this life for her heavenly reward from her residence in Tupelo on Friday morning, December 17, 2021. Brooks was a longtime educator, community leader and faithful and engaged member of Harrisburg Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late William "Bill" Marr, Sr., U.S. Army, Retd. who died in 2013.

A service celebrating her life will be held at 2PM Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with Bro. David Smith officiating. A private family burial will follow in Lee Memorial Park.
