Dorothy Malone Fatula, 98, died Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at The Magnolia at Oxford Commons. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.
Dorothy was born on February 13, 1923, to the late Wilmer C. and Beatrice H. Malone, in Rochester Pennsylvania.
She was married for fifty-one years to her beloved husband, Rudy Fatula. A graduate of Geneva College, she taught high school English for twenty years and worked as a newspaper reporter during World War ll. She was an avid reader with a lively sense of humor.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, brother, and parents.
Dorothy is survived by her five children, Kathryn Siegel (Neil) of Walnut Creek, CA; Susan Fatula (Terry Parker) of Friendswood, TX; Karen Forgette (Richard) of Oxford, MS; Jon Fatula (Celine Grenier) of Capitola, CA; and Philip Fatula (Debbie) of Beaver Falls, PA.
