Troy Community – Ms. Debra Inez Klinesmith, age 62, died Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at her residence.  She was born July 15, 1959 in Pontotoc, MS.  She was one of three children born to the union of JC McMurry and Cynthia Edington Pope.   Debra worked in furniture manufacturing before becoming disabled.

A celebration of life service will be at 1PM, Sunday, February 6, 2022, in the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with Bro. Randy Spence officiating, assisted by her brother, Larry McMurray.  Visitation will be Sunday from 12 noon to service time only.  A graveside service will follow in Edington Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Debra’s family members.

Debra is survived by her mother, Cynthia Edington-Pope of Pontotoc; her only son, Richard Klinesmith, II and his wife, Jennifer of Pontotoc; 2 brothers, Larry McMurray and his wife, Beverly of North Carolina and Terry McMurray and his wife, Debbie of Florida; 2 sisters, Connie Smith and Judy Wilkins, both of Pontotoc, as well as many other dear relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her father, J C McMurry.
