Service to celebrate the life of EJ Smith, age 73, will be held Thursday at 12 noon at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow in Brush Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time.
Mr. Smith died on February 7, 2022 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born in Tippah County on December 17, 1948 to the late James Edward and Ina Long Smith. He was of the Baptist faith. EJ owned and operated a lawn mowing business.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Smith; son, Joey Smith; and a brother, Joe Smith (Tobi).
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Edward Smith and Ina Hilburn.
