Mae Price

A Celebration of Life Service for Ivy Mae Price, 80, is set for 11:00 am Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Scotty Huggins officiating. Burial will follow in the Henry Cemetery. Family will receive friends and family from 10:00 am to service time Saturday.

Mae died Thursday February 10, 2022 at Cornerstone Health and Rehab. She was born March 20,1941 to the late Carl and Edna Thigpen. She was a member of Living Water Holiness Church and a homemaker. She enjoyed reading her bible, witnessing for Jesus and collecting butterflies.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Arlin Price; daughter, Eva Mae Price; parents; brother, Edward Thigpen; and sisters, Betty Arnold and Delores Moore.

She is survived by her sisters, Joyce Jones and Sherry Walden (Robert); brother, James Thigpen (Cathy); special caregivers, Scotty and Shelby Huggins and their daughters, Alison and Ava; and a host of other family and friends.
