Mrs. Patricia M. "Pat" Kaye, 84, passed away on March 15, 2022, at Dugan Memorial Home in West Point. Pat was born on February 27, 1938, in Aberdeen, Scotland, to the late George and Lily Bannerman. She worked at the Columbus Public Library as the Assistant Librarian for15 years. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and Junior Auxiliary. She was a animal lover and a supporter of the Columbus-Lowndes Humane Society. She enjoyed swimming at the YMCA and loved to travel. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was of the Episcopal faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Joe T. Gable, her second husband, Dr. John Morgan Kaye and her daughter, Roslyn Davis.
Graveside services will be on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. from Friendship Cemetery in Columbus, with Reverend Sandra DePriest officiating. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include two grandsons, Justin Davis (Kelly) of West Point and
Jody Davis (Kendall) of Columbus: son-in-law, Gary Davis of West Point, two great-grandchildren, Ali and Carter Davis, and a host of nieces and nephews.
