Dennis, MS. Michael L. Dailey 67 passed away at his residence on Friday, March 18, 2022. Michael was born in Kenosha Michigan to Rodney Wurst and Betty Jo Dailey on June 22, 1954. He leaves behind his loving wife Misty, two daughters Maisie Strickland (Jadon) of Nettleton, MS and Morgan McDowell (Brandon) of Dennis, MS, as well as two sons Micky Edgil (Kaitlin) of Nettleton, MS and Matt Edgil (Candice) of Pontotoc, MS. Michael also leaves behind his sisters Kimberely Crouch (Ricky) of AR, Teresa Norman (Mike) of AR, brothers Robert Wurst (Roxanne) of MO, Bill Sparks (Lynette) of MO, and John Sparks of MO. He will truly be missed by his three grandchildren Jaxon McDowell, Paisley Edgil, and Kemper Edgil and numerous cousins from Arkansas. Michael was preceded on death by his above-mentioned parents, a son Alan Scott Dailey, a brother Kenny Sparks, and a sister Jacqulien Stinert. Michael was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a self-employed truck driver and enjoyed woodworking, traveling, spending time with Jaxon and he attended Broken Lives Ministry. Michael's visitation will be at Associated Family Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, from 11am until 1:00pm and funeral to follow at 1:00pm. The funeral will be officiated by Bro Gary Dawson and his pall bearers will be Larry Causey Jr, Jadon Strickland, Micky Edgil, Sammy Ray, Jason Harris, Ethan Harris, Ritchie Strickland, and Isiah Wright. Burial will be at Jones Chapel in Nettleton, MS. Associated Family Funeral Home is honored that the family of Michael L. Dailey chose us to take care of their loved one.
