Peggy Sue McDonald

New Albany-Peggy Sue McDonald, 65, went to her heavenly home Sunday, May 8, 2022. She was born February 24, 1957 to William Rufus McDonald and Linda Lee Black Steward. She worked at Wal-Mart for several years till her health no longer allowed her to work. She enjoyed coloring, gardening, visiting with everyone, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and friends. She took lots of pride and joy in her yard work, and her yard was always beautiful. She was so dearly loved by her family and will be greatly missed.
Services for Ms. McDonald will be Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 9:00am at United Funeral Service with Dr. Jeff Lawrence officiating. Visitation will be the night before on Wednesday May 11, from 5:00pm till 8:00pm and also the day of the service from 8:00am till 9:00am. Visitation will be at United Funeral Service. United is honored to be entrusted with these arrangements.
Those that will carry on her memories are her mother, Linda Steward; her two daughters, Miranda McDonald (Domonique Green) and Amanda McDonald; three sisters, Tammy Randolph (Blake), Linda Galloway (Rocky), and Linda Baker (Terry); and two grandchildren, Adain Ski Paloalto and Zaylin Daniel Paloalto.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Rufus McDonald, stepfather, David Lamar Steward, and two brothers, William Terry McDonald and David Allen Steward.
