Larry Stewart
Sardis- Larry Stewart 75, of Sardis passed suddenly at his home on July 28, 2022. Larry was a tender-hearted man who enjoyed telling jokes, hunting, fishing and loved cooking for his family. Larry was of the Baptist faith.
Services will be Monday August 1, 2022 at First Faith Baptist Church in Batesville MS with Bro. Ken Pfister and Bro. Terry Floyd officiating. Burial will be in the Forrest Memorial Cemetery in Batesville MS.
Survivors include step children Jimmy Stonebreaker, Debbie Blackwood, Patty Blankinship (Robert), sister Sylvia Stewart of Florida, brother Barney Stewart of Memphis, and care giver Cathy Rosamond of Sardis.
He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Corrine Hallum Stewart, wife Shirley Stewart, step son Rocky Stonebreaker, and sister Nancy.
Visitation will be Monday from 2 – 4 p.m. at the First Faith Baptist Church. Pallbearers are Bruce Myhand, Joe Myhand, Jason Myhand, Mark Woodard, Mark Glidwell, Jacob Myhand.
