Barbara Lynn Davis Kelly (85) passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at her home in Booneville. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. She loved spending time with her family, quilting, crocheting and cooking. She was a school teacher for 16 years. After teaching she worked for the Booneville Police Department, the Prentiss County Sheriff Department and the Baldwyn Police Department.

Services are 1 pm Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Blackland Church with Bro. Jerry Kelly and Bro. Walter Downs officiating. Burial will follow in the Blackland Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-9 pm Friday, October 14, 2022 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home and Saturday 11-1 at Blackland Church.

Barbara is survived by her son, Bill Kelly (Tammy) of Booneville; her daughter, Amy Lindsey (Bud) of Booneville; her son-in-law, Paul Carter of Booneville; her grandchildren, Drew Carter (Christy), Jimma Lindsey, Kyle Carter (Eddie), Devin Carter and Blake Kelly (Carley) and her great-grandchildren, Eli, Mason, Annalyn, Elijah & Kelsee Carter and Clint Kelly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Kelly; her daughter, Cindy Carter; her parents, Glen and Jimmie Fay Oakley Davis and her sister, Janice Clement.

Pallbearers are Kerry Kelly, Keith Kelly, Robby Kelly, Joe Kelly, Charles Melvin Geno and Greg Geno.
