Nelda "Nanny" Diane Harris (77) passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022, peacefully at her home. She was born May 3, 1945 to the late Homer James Harris and Molly Veona Geno Harris. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, watching game shows, reading, sewing and cross stitching, loafing around town, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. Nelda was loved and cherished by all who knew her and will forevermore be remembered for her kind and loving heart.

Services are 2 pm Sunday, October 16, 2022 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Craig Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in the Jumpertown Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-2 pm Sunday in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Nelda is survived by her son, Heath Harris of Booneville; her grandchildren, Laken Mooneyham (JJ), Mollie Yates (Joseph), Colton Harris and Aubrey Wallace; her great-grandchildren, Averie Mooneyham, Myles Yates, Everly Mooneyham and Baylor Mooneyham; her brother, Tim Harris (Anita); her sister, Hilda Roberts and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Colton Harris, JJ Mooneyham, Joseph Yates, Greg Roberts, Adam Harris and Colby Harris.
