Malcom Wayne "Mack" Bishop, 69, transitioned October 15, 2022. He was born July 9, 1953 in New Albany, MS to the late Ernest Thomas Bishop and Erver Idell Dillard.
By trade he was a diesel mechanic and farmer. He enjoyed watching TV, especially Blue Bloods and Westerns and spending time with his family.
He is survived by one daughter: LeAndra Pannell (Brad), grandchildren: Allie Murphree (Austin), Lane Bishop (Mary Lee) Jayden Bishop, Hank Mansel, Elijah Mansel, Baylee Yarbrough (Brayden) and Olivia Pannell, two great grandchildren: Wesley Lynn Bishop and Parker James Elrod, one daughter-in-law: Jennifer Bishop Mansel (Scott), two sisters: Martha Wise (Lamar) and Sarah Adair (Rickey), three brothers: Donald "Don" Bishop (Nancy), George "Bill" Bishop (Janie) and Thomas "Tom" Bishop, one sister-in-law: Shelby Hare, his best friend: Maddox Frierson and his ex-wife: Lila Bishop, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son: Wesley Howard Bishop, two brothers: David Earnest Bishop and Algin Noverta Bsihop, three sisters: Toi Simpson, Hazel Cooper and Ruth Hearn and two sisters-in-law: Diane Bishop and Ann Bishop.
Memorial Service will be on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, 11:00 a.m., at Serenity-Simmons Funeral Home Chapel, New Albany, MS.
