Yvonne Fowler McNair
A Celebration of Life for Yvonne Fowler McNair, 60, will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 1 pm at Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Charlie Browning officiating. Visitation will be held from 12 pm until service time at Memorial Funeral Home.
Yvonne passed away on November 1, 2022 at her residence. She was born on March 18, 1962 to the late George and Kreszentia Fowler. She was a 1980 graduate of Corinth High School and went on to further her education in nursing. Yvonne worked at Magnolia Regional Health Center and Regional One Health Center. The highlight of her career was when she went to work at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She enjoyed gardening, animals, movies, and reading.
She is survived by her sister, Rene Fowler; her aunts in Germany, Evie Grubler and Annie Yandt; her cousins in Mandeville, LA, Ken Fowler (Pamelia), Matthew Fowler, Kelsey Scariano (Paul), Arabella Scariano, Paul Scariano, Jr. and Aaron Fowler; and her cousins in Germany; Mike Grubler, Gilbert Grubler and Christina Grubler. She is also survived by her pride and joy, her pets Bella and Layla.
Honorary Pallbearers are Stanley Williams, Bill Heyer, Sally Wiygul, Julie Hutchins, Rosemary Sutton, Teri Carroll Briggs, and Pam Williams Meeks.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
