Charlotte Carter

A Celebration of Life Service for Charlotte Ann Carter, 67, will be 1:00 pm Monday at Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Craig Wilbanks officiating. Burial will follow in the Jacinto Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11:00 am to service time.

Charlotte died November 4, 2022 at her residence. She was born January 15, 1955 in Prentiss Co. MS to the late Harley and Dimple Bates. She was a retired factory worker, having worked at ITT and Parker Haffin. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sandra Crum.

She is survived by her husband, Ted Carter; daughters, Amy Williams (Jeff) and Nikki Smith (Brad); son, Jessie Carter; sister, Carolyn Davis; grandchildren, Megan Dunn, Kallie Beth Durham, Will Carter and Drake Williams; four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
