Cecil A. McBroom, 71, died November 12, 2022 from his home in Lee County surrounded by his family.
Cecil was born in Vicksburg, MS to the Late Hubert & Cathleen Fuller McBroom. He had lived in Paducah, Ky. for many years before returning to this area. He was a retired Chief Engineer with the Edison-Swift Company. Cecil attended Crosspoint Ministries
He is survived by his daughter Mary Ruth Jamison and husband, Cassidy Jamison of Paducah, KY; grandson, Timothy Jamison of Paducah, KY; sisters, Lena Watkins of Vicksburg, MS & Sherry Meacham of Florida; a host of nieces and nephews that he loved dearly and a very special friend, Donna Bright Jackson of Tupelo, MS
He was preceded in death by his former wife, Martha P. McBroom.
Per his wishes, Mr. McBroom will be cremated and no service is scheduled at this time. Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo is honored to be serving the family.
