Deborah Bradley

May 1, 1955 ~ November 18, 2022 (age 67)

Tupelo-Deborah Marie Bradley, 67, departed this life on Friday, Nov. 18, 2022 from Diversicare and met her Creator face to face.  A quiet, moving kind and gentle soul whose life was devoted to her God, her Church and her family, Deborah was born in Tupelo on May 1, 1955 to the late Willie Lee Bradley and the late Beatrice Elizabeth Johnson Bradley.  She spent her life as a master homemaker and housekeeper and a devoted caretaker to her large family.  A single woman, she was a rock to her siblings and her extended family who often knew her as “Mother” .  She was an extraordinary skilled cook and made the best spaghetti in these parts.  She was a member of the Church of the Living God. Deborah always put others above herself

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday, November 27, 2022 in the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel at Holland Funeral Directors.  Burial will follow in Porter’s Memorial Gardens.  Visitation is Saturday night from 4 -6 PM and from 1:30-service time on Sunday.  For those unable to attend, the service may be viewed at www.hollandfuneraldirectors.com/Livestreaming at 2:30 PM, Sunday.

Deborah is survived by her sons, Kevin Bradley (Alecia) of Tupelo and Kelcie Bradley (Shimbarah) of Shannon; three sisters, Ruth Agnew, Leona Merriweather and Gene Wheeler; three brothers, Michael Bradley (Flora), Larry Bradley, and Willie Bradley (Wilma) all of Tupelo. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Mildred Bradley, Rhonda Ross and Jo’Ann O’Neal; two brothers, Irvin Bradley and John Bradley, and sister in-law Eartha Bradley.
