Jarad Howell Mathews
Booneville- Jarad Howell Mathews,34, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Diversicare Nursing Facility in Ripley as the result of an automobile accident he had in 2020. He enjoyed Hot-Rods, fishing, music and especially spending time with his three sons.
Jarad worked on 18 wheelers and was a diesel mechanic for TBH Trucking and Tim’s Truck and Trailer Service. We are so blessed to know that Jarad had made the most important decision in his life and he was a Christian.
Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Saturday, January 07, 2023 at noon with Bro. Michael Clifton and Bro. Johnny Bridges officiating. Burial will be in Prentiss Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his mother, Tammy Holley (step-father, Tim) of Booneville; his children, Cash Smith, Brylin Mathews, and Camden Mathews all of Booneville; brothers, Michael Mathews (Meka) of Booneville, Kris Mathews (Anna Beth) of Rienzi and Tyler Boren (Mara) of Booneville; grandparents, Diane “Mamaw” McGee of Baldwyn and Ellen Bohannon of Booneville; extended family, Stephanie Garner and the nurses and staff of Diversicare in Ripley.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kennith Mathews.
Pallbearers will be James Miles, Larry Tennyson, Ricky Lambert, Paul Davidson and Chris Kimbrough.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Saturday from 10:00 a. m. until service time @ noon.
