Jeanne Gloria Murley
Dry Creek – Jeanne Gloria Murley 76, passed away on February 07, 2023 at the Sanctuary Hospice House. She had worked in home health as a counselor for Harbor House and Region III Mental Health & Lifecore Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center in Tupelo, MS. She loved baking wedding cakes, art, writing poems and singing. She was a member of Dry Creek Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Sunday, February 12, 2023 @ 2:00 P. M. with Bro. Richard Anglin and Bro. Allan Casteel officiating. Burial will be in Dry Creek Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Jeffery Freitas (Joy) of Arkansas, Gary Freitas of Rhode Island; step-son, David Murley of Florida; grandchildren, Max Freitas, Jeffery Freitas JR. and Dylan Freitas; great-grandchildren, Aiden Sihabout and Aria Sihabout; brother, Paul Forcier; sister, Linda Sacco; special brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Mary Rita Freitas; close relatives, cousins, Sharron Machamer and Gloria O’Shaughnessy; special friend that was like a sister and caregiver, Sandra Stroupe; host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Murley; parents, Joseph and Lorrine Turgeon Forcier; son, Robbie Freitas; step-son, Wade Murley; grandchild, Casey Sihabout; brother, Roger Forcier; aunt, Gloria Jeanne “Joan” Turgeon Dube.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 P. M. until service time @ 2:00 P. M.
