Marilyn Dickerson
Dorsey – Marilyn Stephens Dickerson, 66, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023 at the Sanctuary Hospice House. She enjoyed watching television, shopping, going out to eat, dressing up, going to the beauty shop and she loved her church functions. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Bethel Baptist Church @ 3:00 P. M. with Bro. Kevin Clayton officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Johnny Dickerson of Dorsey; daughter, Angie Floyd (Randy) of Tupelo; grandchild, Russ Floyd; three nephews, Richard Dunsford, A J Dunsford and Daniel Mancill; niece, Amanda Dunsford; sisters-in-law, Monica Dunsford (Ricky) and Cherry Mancill (Danny); best friend, Carol Carnathan; host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Virginia Capwell Stephens; son, Brian Dickerson; infant brother and a grandchild, Howard Kelly.
Pallbearers will be Mike Farris, Billy Devore, Richard Dunsford, Ricky Dunsford, Eddie Thorn, Danny Mancill, Charles Sanderson, JR and Jamie Thomas.
Visitation will be at Bethel Baptist Church on Saturday from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
