Kathryn Frazier

Celebration of Life Service for Kathryn Frazier, 77, is set for 11:00 am Tuesday at The Bridge at Burnsville with Rev. Jimmy Rich and Anthony Frazier officiating. Burial will follow in the Henry Cemetery. A receiving of family and friends will be held Monday, April 3, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Tuesday, April 4, 2023, from 10:00 am til service time at The Bridge at Burnsville, 98 Hwy 72, Glen, MS.

Kathryn passed away on April 1, 2023 at North MS Medical Center in Iuka, MS. She was born April 9, 1945 in Alcorn County to the late Jessie and Lessie Austin. She was a fiesty woman. She never met a stranger and after a conversation, she would give you a great big hug. She enjoyed attending services at her church, The Bridge at Burnsville, sewing and most importantly spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wallace Frazier; sisters, Doris Glidewell and Vela Chamble; and brothers, Ray Austin and James Austin.

She is survived by sons, Anthony Frazier (Tonya) and Brannon Frazier (Amber); daughters, Keturah Hutson (Ricky), Kim Brunt (Michael) and Tonya Settlemires (Jeff); sister-in-law, Nell Sanders (Gene); grandchildren, Jessica Glover (Zach), Laura Poling (Jon), Tiffani Witt, Macy Wood (Josh), Shalanna Downs (Will), Brianna Casto (Chase), Austin Settlemires (Katelin Sparks), Autumn Frazier and Alexis Frazier; great grandchildren, Addie Witt, Sawyer Witt, Kate Glover, Hayden Downs, Karsyn Downs, Nora Glover, Rylee Wood, Bextyn Downs, Masyn Downs and Ava Casto; sisters, Helen Crabb and Lynn Price (David); brothers, Donald Austin (Renee') and Larry Glidewell; and a host of other family and friends.

Grandson and grandson-in-law’s will serve as pallbearers.
