Andrew Underwood Sr.
Saltillo- Andrew Underwood Sr., 94, passed away on Tuesday, April 04, 2023 at his home. He retired from FMC after 10 years and started mowing yards and cemeteries. He enjoyed fishing, playing dominoes and he was a member of Saltill0 First Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Friday, April 07, 2023 at 11:00 A. M. with Bro. Bobby Holland officiating. Burial will be in Saltillo City Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Lavada Underwood; son, JR. Underwood; daughter, Rose Grimes; daughter-in-law. Cindy Underwood; grandchildren, Daniel Grimes, Jonathan Underwood, Patrick Underwood, Alison Greenwell and Tammy Glispie; (11) great-grandchildren; (1) great-greatgrandchild; host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Owen and Sarah Swann Underwood; son, Jerry Underwood; one brother and four sisters.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home Friday morning from 10:00 A. M. until service at 11:00 A.M.
