Frances Elizabeth Duncan, 91, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 17, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Memorial Garden Park Cemetery in Starkville, MS with Bro. Jason Green officiating.
Frances was born on September 25, 1931. She was a member of Meadowview Baptist Church. She retired from Mississippi State Athletic Dining Services with 35 years of service.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Peggy (Jerry) Ray; two granddaughters, Robin (Bob) Ratcliff and Jan (Chris) Collier. She had four great grandchildren, Ashley (Kevin) Boler, Drew Jackson, Morgan (Zac) Reed, and Carson Collier. She also had four great great-grandsons, Jackson and Sawyer Boler, Hunter Reed, and Collier Roberson; and one brother, Herman Hunt.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Duncan; parents, Herman Hunt and Stella Weeks Hunt; and daughter, Linda Higgs.
The family would like to thank Montgomery Gardens, Legacy Hospice, and all her caregivers for the exceptional care she received the last several years.
