Dana Payne
A celebration of life for Dana Payne, 49, will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley of Dogwoods. Visitation will begin at 1:00 until service time. Bro. Jeff Haney and Bro. Jon Haimes will officiate the service.
Dana passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born in Corinth, MS on December 4, 1973 to Jimmy and Linda Buchanan Rogers. She was a 1992 graduate of Alcorn Central High School and was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Payne; father, Jimmy Rogers; brother, David Rogers; sister, Jennifer Seals; grandmothers, Betty Lopez and Birdie Rogers; uncles, Danny Kay Rogers and Gary West; and aunts, Ann Butler and Susan Emanuelli.
She is survived by her mother, Linda Rogers; niece, Marlee Seals; aunts, Tina West, Maria Castaneda (Roman) and Tracy Lopez; special cousin, Stephanie West Michael (Marty) and her children, Weston and Warner; cousins, Daniel Rogers and Brandon Castaneda; bro-in-law, Chris Seals; and a host of other family and friends.
