Mary Alice Houston, 84, passed away on Saturday May 27, 2023, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. Mary Alice’s life and memory will be celebrated with a private graveside service for the immediate family at a later date.

She was a bank executive secretary in Corinth for many years.

She is survived by two sons, Kent Houston (Leigh) of Corinth and Jason Houston of Seattle, WA; sister, Ella Jean Whalen (David); and nephew, John David Whalen of Corinth.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Kirksey Coleman Nelson; and her husband, Kenneth W. Houston.

Memorials may be given in honor of Mary Alice to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the charity of one’s choice.
